First patients getting individualised risk-reducing therapy for melanoma

Preparations for the festive season are in full swing in the UCLH Charity fundraising team.
The fundraising team has launched the end of year Gift of Giving appeal. This is raising funds to ensure that everyone in hospital over Christmas has a present to open, and that staff working over the holiday season have a festive treat to enjoy.
There are lots of different ways that you can support the appeal:
- Buy Charity Christmas cards – these are available to purchase from the fundraising team (3rd Floor East, 250 Euston Road) or online from the UCLH Charity website. They will also be on sale at the Christmas sales in the University College Hospital atrium on Thursday 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 November and the 7 December, 11am-2pm.
- Come to our carol concert on Tuesday 12 December – the programme will feature UCLH staff and, of course, mince pies! Tickets for NHS staff are £5.
- Buy a ticket for our Gift of Giving Appeal raffle – there are amazing prizes to be won, including a luxury stay in a London hotel and a signed Arsenal shirt. Tickets are £5 each. Be in it to win it!
- Take part in the Santa in the City fun run – sign up and raise £50 towards our appeal! All runners will get a Santa suit and a medal.
