Undertook anaesthetic training at St Mary's Hospital London, Charing Cross Hospital registrar rotation and UCLH senior registrar rotations. 

Appointed as consultant anaesthetist in 1996. 

Currently divisional clinical director for anaesthetics for University College Hospital
