Education:
I Teach on ALS and MOET courses, surviving obstetric anaesthesia course, and FRCA examination courses. Director of the obstetric anaesthesia simulation course for trainees. I also teach on FY1&2 simulation courses.
I am involved with the Year three medical student teaching in the department and I am an examiner for the MBBS examination.

I have recently been awarded a grant from the Obstetric Anaesthetists Association to investigate further effect of position on FRC in obstetric patients with a high body mass index.
I am an academic and educational supervisor, I supervise an obstetric anaesthesia research fellow.
