Finding out you have cancer can feel overwhelming. Many people feel worried about what will happen next and how to cope during treatment. Our online session can help. We’ll share clear information, support and practical tips to help you look after both your body and your emotional wellbeing during treatment.
During the session, we’ll give you advice on coping with emotions, keeping active, eating well and managing fatigue. You’ll also be able to ask questions and meet other people who are also starting treatment.
