A weekly group where you will learn relaxation techniques to improve your mental wellbeing. The benefits of doing relaxation techniques include reducing stress (for example before and during a hospital appointment) and improve your sleep.
The group is on every Monday, 2pm to 3pm, on Zoom.

Once you've booked your place, we will email you a Zoom invite. We send the invite the day before the group is held. Details on how to join the group will also be on the email invite.
