Gift of giving appeal

Today we are launching our Gift of Giving appeal, bringing cheer to UCLH this festive season. 

Your support for our Gift of Giving appeal can help bring comfort and joy to patients in hospital over the festive season. 

• £16 could provide a personal care package for an older patient in hospital over Christmas.  

• £22 could buy a specialist toy for a neurodiverse child, to provide a much needed distraction from their hospital stay  

• £35 could provide snacks, art therapy and entertainment vouchers for young people in hospital over Christmas  

There are lots of different ways to support our appeal: 

• Make a donation today – give online safely and securely here 

• Buy a ticket in our online raffle, there are some great prizes to be won including Eurostar tickets, hotel stays and theatre vouchers.  Tickets priced at £2.50 each are available to purchase here  

• Come to our Carol Concert on Thursday 11 December at St Giles in the Fields in central London, doors open 6pm for a 7pm start for an evening of song, readings and mince pies.  This year our special guest is UCLH doctor and broadcaster, Dr Chris Van Tulleken – you can buy tickets here 

• Buy UCLH Charity Christmas cards - visit our webshop, we have a wonderful selection this year, or come to one of our festive stalls at University College Hospital – look out for dates and times on our social media channels 

• Take part in the Santa in the City fun run, a 4.5K run or walk through the City of London, on Thursday 4 December. Sign up here
