Dr Tillett has undertaken elite sporting roles including; team doctor for GB Figure Skating 2003 - 2019, Team GB doctor for 2010 Winter Olympics, GB women’s basketball, England women’s football, World University Games, Youth Commonwealth Games, Youth Olympics, the London Marathon and the London Triathlon.

Dr Tillett has a particular interest in back and neck pain and the inter-relation between spinal and limb pains. In addition, she works with patients and the physiotherapy team at UCLH to develop exercise-based rehabilitation for all types of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries. This includes working with anyone wishing to be more physically active for their health, day to day life or work, as well as recreational and elite athletes.

Diagnosis and management of back and neck pain., image-guided spinal injections, exercise based rehabilitation, physical activity to promote health, including physical activity in pregnancy
