Professional background
Emma studied medicine at King’s College London and completed specialist training in Infectious Diseases and Microbiology in London. She completed a masters in epidemiology at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine is an honorary fellow at UK Health Security Agency where she has worked in the HCAI, AMR, sepsis and fungal division.
Research interests
Specialist interests include Antimicrobial Stewardship (she is the AMS Strategy lead for the Trust), Staphylococcus aureus bacteraemia and infections in immunocompromised patients.
