Professional background
Nicholas Lee is an oral and maxillofacial surgery consultant at the Eastman Dental Hospital with a specialist interest in facial reconstruction.
His clinical practice encompasses orthognathic (jaw) surgery, patient-specific facial implants and oral surgery (including wisdom tooth removal and complex extractions).
Nicholas undertook his specialist training in oral and maxillofacial surgery in London, rotating through St George’s Hospital, Northwick Park Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, University College Hospital, and the Eastman Dental Hospital.
He subsequently completed an NHS Training Interface Fellowship in Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals and St John’s Hospital, Bruges, Belgium.
Nicholas passed the Specialist Fellowship Examination in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2009 and entered the GMC Specialist Register in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2010. He is also listed on the GDC Specialist Register in Oral Surgery.
