Professional background
Mr Seni Subair has been a consultant in Obstetrics at University College London Hospital since 2011 and specialises in pregnancy care and childbirth.
He obtained his medical qualification in 1998, completed his postgraduate training in London in 2006 and became a member of the Royal college of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
His clinical practice at UCLH includes:
- A specialist clinic for women who have had one previous Caesarean section, alongside a consultant midwife
- A multidisciplinary clinic for women with medical disorders in pregnancy or previous complicated births
- He is a birth specialist who regularly works on the delivery suite twice a week helping new mothers birth their babies safely as well as undertaking complex Caesarean sections.
- He used to be part of the antenatal diabetes team and also ran a clinic for women with psychological disorders in pregnancy
