First patient recruited to Phase I Early Alzheimer’s Disease study

This survey invites children and young people with diabetes who are in education, and their parents or carers, to share their experiences of managing diabetes in nursery, school or home education.
The findings will help identify what is working well, highlight areas for improvement, and inform how paediatric diabetes teams and education providers can better support children and young people managing diabetes alongside learning.
The survey is anonymous, takes around 10 minutes to complete, and respondents can choose to enter a prize draw to win a £50 One4All voucher.
