    The Integrated Discharge Service is a team of clinical nurse specialists who specialise in supporting safe and timely discharges from hospital. Their role is to work alongside ward staff to help plan for ongoing care once patients leave the hospital.

    UCLH will transition to a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for Blood Science disciplines’ (Biochemistry, Immunology, Haematology, Coagulation and Virology) testing. The new platform is known as ‘Helix’. This is a change to the laboratory system only, as such there should be no change to GP users in requesting or receiving reports.
