How to print out your information from MyCare.
With MyCare UCLH, you can access details about your past and upcoming care at UCLH. You may wish to print your letter rather than relying solely on digital files. Both the MyCare app and website offer printing functions, the steps below provide guidance on how you can print letters from either the MyCare app or website.
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the page you wish to print.
- Click on the Print icon
If you cannot see the Print icon, right-click anywhere on the page and select Print from the menu.
- Log in to your account.
- Open the page you would like to print.
- On an iPhone, tap the three-dot menu icon at the top of the screen.
On an Android device, the three-dot menu will appear at the top right of the screen. - Tap the Print button and then select your printer.

Whether you receive digital or printed appointment letters depends on your MyCare settings. If you prefer to routinely receive printed appointment letters, we recommend setting your app preferences accordingly. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to the guide provided.
If you wish to print an appointment letter directly from the app, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Appointment Letters to open the Message Centre.
- Tap the three-dot menu at the top and select Appointment Letters.
- In the Appointment Letters folder, select the letter you wish to print.
- Open the letter, tap the three-dot menu again, and select Print.
