In Outpatients we see many patients, for a variety of different specialties. We have 50 dedicated clinic rooms for you and your clinician to discuss and plan your care.

Phlebotomy/Bloods
If you are here for bloods you can bypass the main reception desk. Bloods is situated in clinic E, you can either book an appointment, or choose walk in appointments. iPads on the wall will assist you to sign in for your blood test.

Pre-assessment
Pre-assessment is for patients who are being assessed before they have elective surgery. Pre-assessment is located in clinic D, and you do not need to check in at the main reception if you have an appointment there.
Clinics F, G, H, J and K
Your appointment letter may state the name of the clinic you should attend, however all patients except for bloods and pre-assessment will need to check in at the outpatient reception. The receptionist will then confirm which clinic your speciality is in.
Respiratory Diagnostics
Respiratory Diagnostics is situated in clinic E and F, and patients are seen here for Lung Function Tests and additional Respiratory services. You will need to report to main reception to check in.
Neurophysiology
Neurophysiology is located in clinic E, you will need to check in at reception before attending your appointment.
Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your experience at UCLH please speak to the person in charge of your care and they will try to resolve the issue directly. If you feel a formal complaint is appropriate, please email uclh.
