To improve system security and accuracy, we now mandate the requirement to submit any new EpicCare Link account requests exclusively via the Site Administrator of each site.

Previously, any (non-neurophysiology) user who had a valid smartcard was able to submit a request, but since this is changing, all sites will need to ensure they have an appropriate member of staff assigned as Site Administrator (with the correct privileges on EpicCare Link)  and all staff members should have an awareness of their Site Administrator.
